Villa Lubicz se encuentra en Gdynia Orlow, entre Sopot y Gdynia, cerca de la principal via que une las Tres Ciudades (Gdansk - Sopot - Gdynia). Construida en 1936 por un capitan de navegación de altura Wladyslaw Zalewski, funcionaba como hotel hasta la II Guerra Mundial. Desde hace poco tiempo de nuevo funciona como hotel conservando el atmosfera de los anos 30-ta.
